Who we are
Born in Dublin City in ‘93, Christian took refuge in music early on, growing up hearing artists like David Bowie, Pink Floyd, Bob Dylan, and Peter Gabriel, to name a few being played at home.
His father was a teacher, and his mother a sign maker.
Shortly after finishing school, he began performing in open mic nights in poet/songwriter circles in Dublin. Christian then briefly studied acting/theatre before finally studying music in university.
Shortly after finishing university, he began tunnelling into the world of music, self-producing and electronic, ultimately leading to his debut L.P. release Holy Trouble in 2021.

Cohle’s second LP, WETLANDS (2023), pushed the boundaries of his experimental electronica and vulnerable songwriting approach even further. He earned genres coined to his name, such as Atmospheric Electronic or Ambient-Pop.
Songs such as Spinning Heart, Wasted, Baby Brown Eyes, Another Life earned him places on leading Spotify & Apple Music playlists and plays on leading stations; BBC 6 Music from DJ Tom Ravenscroft, France Inter and Radio spins in Germany after doing some shows/performances there.
